About Artist Victor Klouse:
Victor Klouse is a graduate of Kendall School of Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His career has spanned thirty-six years of commerical art, seventeen years as advertising manager in the retail market and nineteen years as an in-house advertising manager. Since his retirement in 2005, his fine art abilities awakened. He wanted to get back into illustration and paintings of his own. He has several paintings in the impressionist and realistic styles. He enjoys watercolor, pen and ink washes, and pallet knife paintings; acrylics and oils as well. Victor has received several first place and “best of show” awards. He finds that painting for his own enjoyment is very satisfying and if others enjoy his paintings, he is happy. “We are all on this earth for a short time and we can choose to make life an enjoyable experience.”

About Artist Elaine Lawson:
Elaine Lawson's artistic talents and interests came to her naturally, as the daughter of a nationally known lithographer in the printing and commercial art profession. Basically self-taught, her father had given her direction at a very early age. Landscapes and seascapes are her favorit subjects and reflect her interest in the natural world. Elaine enjoys painting detail, but also enjoys painting in a more impressionistic style, using either acrylic or oil, her favorite medium for its richness of color. Her paintings have won awards both in Missouri and out of state. Although she paints mostly for her own enjoyment, Elaine has also done numerous commissioned pieces. For several years, she painted the detailed architectural paintings of the homes on the annual "Lake St. Louis Tea and Tour" for the "Lake St. Louis Jardin du Lae Garden Club" to be presented to the home owners.

About Artist Linda S. Wilmes:
Linda S. Wilmes's professional art career began while still attending high school; an oil pastel painting was purchased by one of the faculty members. That sale opened the door for many possibilities, and certainly a lot of enthusiasm and hope for a career in the arts. Being a self taught artist, working in all mediums, Linda began painting with oils, after becoming impatient with the drying time, she began working with acrylics, and finally watercolor, with a dabbling of pastels in between. At present her passion is with watercolor and pastel. As a member of the Missouri Watercolor Society, Art Section member of the St. Louis Artists Guild, St. Louis Watercolor Society, Gateway Pastel Society, and The Degas Society, she is a very active and prolific artist. Linda has won numerous awards and accolades. Linda has become an accomplished muralist, with hundreds of murals completed, both in private and religious and commercial settings. Along with teaching drawing and painting, Linda has become a very noteworthy contestant on the Plein Air scene, winning several recent awards, in the greater St. Louis Area competitions, within the past three years, especially with the quick paint competitions. Continually striving for perfection in her artwork, is the goal of this accomplished artist.
