Artist Statement: 
"I have been and admirer of nature for as long as I can remember. I used to borrow nature magazines, wild life images, as a young boy, and wonder if these existed only in my imagination. Northern Lights? Glaciers? Whales? Cheetahs? Mountains? All of these, and more were in a world I thought was only imaginary.
 

Photography made me see things in ways that I think not too many people see. That is what made me fall in love with photography. It helped me see the landscapes, the wildlife that I have seen in magazines before. To see a landscape at dawn, and then at noon, and at sunset made me realize how diverse and different things can be at different times. The image of a flower, and then a macro of it, showed me the world that was hidden deep inside the beauty of it. A stream, photographed with fast shutter vs slow shutter revealed the beauty of movement!
 

My goal is to experience the wonders of nature as much as my time allows. I hope to capture things that others would look at, and realize what a beautiful planet we have here.
 

I hope to evoke the emotions in others, that I feel myself, when I see that "sunset" or the "wild life" or the wonders of northern lights, when my heart goes "wow". Thanks for experiencing these moments with me".
